Description of knitting a poncho
Attention! The model is knitted as one piece horizontally - from the fastener bar of one shelf to the fastener bar of the other shelf. On circular knitting needles No. 5.5, cast on with double thread 96 (102) 108 sts and knit 8 rows in forward and reverse directions in garter stitch (= left front clasp bar). Next, knit in rows in forward and reverse directions, starting with faces. rows, loops and markers for marking, distribute as follows: 3 p. garter stitch, loops according to pattern A, 22 (27) 32 p. garter stitch, to mark the bevels of a trapezoidal silhouette, attach the 1st marker, loops according to pattern B, 31 ( 32) 33 stitches in garter stitch, attach 2nd marker, 10 stitches in garter stitch, attach 3rd marker, 5 stitches in garter stitch, attach 4th marker, 3 stitches in garter stitch. Turn the work and knit 1 row in the opposite direction.
Then knit for bevels in short rows: 1st and 2nd rows: knit up to the 4th marker, turn the work, make 1 yarn over and knit in the opposite direction; 3rd and 4th rows: knit up to the 3rd marker, turn the work, 1 yarn over and knit in the opposite direction; 5th and 6th rows: knit up to the 2nd marker, turn the work, 1 yarn over and knit in the opposite direction; 7th and 8th rows: knit up to the 1st marker, turn the work, 1 yarn over and knit in the opposite direction; 9th and 10th rows: knit on all loops, while simultaneously knitting each yarn over together with the next loop so that no holes appear on the finished product, then knit in the opposite direction.
Repeat the repeat (= from the 1st to the 10th row), while after 20 (25) 30 cm from the cast-on row (measure along the lower, wider edge) in the front row, make the 1st hole for the belt: after the first 27 (30) 33 sts. Cast off 5 sts and cast them on again in the next row. After 60 (70) 80 cm from the 1st hole, make the 2nd hole, placing it above the first. After 38 (48) 58 cm from the 2nd hole, make the 3rd hole; after 60 (70) 80 cm from the 3rd, make the 4th hole; After 18 (23) 28 cm from the 4th, make the 5th hole.
Then finish the next repeat (= from the 1st to the 10th row), after the 10th row of repeat, knit 8 rows of garter stitch on all loops (= fastener bar of the right front), while after the 1st row of the bar, perform 4 holes for buttons. placing them at equal intervals, the bottom one after the loops knitted according to pattern B, the top one 8 cm below the neckline. For each hole, cast off 2 stitches and cast them on again in the next row. Close all loops freely.
