 You will need: yarn (100% wool; 125 m/50 g) – 350 (450) g purple, 150 (250) g green and 150 (250) g mint; knitting needles No. 4.5; circular knitting needles No. 4.5.

Pattern 1: elastic band A (the number of loops is a multiple of 4 + 2 edge loops).

Front rows: edge, * 1 front, 2 purl, 1 front, from * constantly repeat, edge.

Purl rows: knit loops according to the pattern.

Circular rows (number of loops is a multiple of 4) = alternately knit 2, purl 2.

Pattern 2: elastic band B (the number of loops is a multiple of 4 + 2 + 2 edge loops).

Front rows: edge stitch, knit all stitches, edge row.

Purl rows: edge, alternately purl 2, knit 2, finish with purl 2, edge.

Pattern 3: garter stitch = knit and purl rows – knit stitches.

Square: cast on the knitting needles 45 stitches with thread according to the corresponding sequence of colors and knit with pattern 3 acc. sequences of colors A, B or C, while knitting in every 2nd row to give shape. (= front row) 22 x middle 3 sts. together knit = 1 st. In the next purl row, bind off the loops.

Color sequence A: 10 rub. green, 12 rub. mint, 22 rub. purple thread.

Color sequence B: 10 rub. mint, 12 rub. purple, 22 rub. green thread.

Color sequence C: 10 rub. purple, 12 rub. green, 22 rub. mint thread.

Knitting density: pattern 3 – 17.5 p. x 34 r. = 10 x 10 cm; 1 square = 13 x 13 cm; pattern 2 – 17 p. x 28 r. = 10 x 10 cm.

Back: With a purple thread, cast on 90 (114) sts on the knitting needles and for the bottom bar knit 8 cm = 25 r. pattern 1, at the same time start with 1 purl row and in the last row of the bar evenly add 2 (1) sts = 92 (115) sts. Set the loops aside.

Then execute 1st r. with squares (knit from right to left) acc. sequence of colors A as follows: for 1st square Use green thread to cast on 22 new stitches and knit the strips on the first 23 stitches set aside = 45 sts. Make a square as described above.

For subsequent 3 (4) squares knit according sequence of colors A as follows: with a green thread, cast on the knitting needles along the left side edge of the previous square 22 sts and on the next 23 set aside stitches knit the strips = 45 sts. Complete the squares as described above.

Then execute 2nd r. with squares (knit from left to right) acc. color sequence B as follows: for 1st square Using mint thread, cast on 23 sts on the knitting needles from the front side along the right side edge of the last square of the previous row and cast on another 22 new loops = 45 sts. Complete the square as described above. For subsequent 3 (4) squares knit according color sequence B as follows: using a mint thread, cast on 22 sts along the right side edge of the next square of the previous row and 23 sts along the right side edge of the previous square = 45 sts.

Complete the squares as described above. Then execute 3rd r. with squares (knit from right to left) acc. color sequence C as follows: for 1st square With a purple thread, cast on 22 sts and 23 sts on the needles along the left side edge of the last square of the previous row = 45 sts. Complete the square as described above.

For the following 3 (4) squares knit according color sequence C as follows: with a purple thread, cast on 22 sts along the left side edge of the previous square and 23 sts along the left side edge of the next square of the previous row = 45 sts.

Complete the squares as described above.

Then, for the yoke, use purple thread to cast on the needles along the upper edge of the 3rd row. squares 88 (112) sts and knit with pattern 2.

 After 10 cm = 28 r. (14 cm = 40 r.) From the beginning of the yoke, close on both sides for shoulder bevels 1 x 5 (6) p. and in every 2nd r. close off 2 x 5 p. and 2 x 6 p. (4 x 7) p.

After 12 cm = 34 r. (16 cm = 46 r.) from the beginning of the yoke set aside medium for the neck

30 (40) sts and finish both sides separately.

To round the neck along the inner edge, close in the next 2nd r. 1 x 2 p.

Before: knit like a back, but for a deeper neck after 8 cm = 22 r. (12 cm = 34 p.) From the beginning of the yoke, set aside the middle 20 (30) p. and finish both sides separately. To round the neck along the inner edge, close every 2nd r. 1 x 3 p., 1 x 2 p. and 2 x 1 p.

Sleeves: Using purple thread, cast on 54 (74) sts on the knitting needles for each sleeve and knit 8 cm = 25 r for the placket. (10 cm = 29 r.) with pattern 1, start with 1 purl row and in the last row of the bar evenly add 15 (18) sts = 69 (92) sts. Then perform 3 r. with squares, like on the back, but perform only 3 (4) squares in each row.

Assembly: sew shoulder seams.

For the collar, use purple thread to cast on circular needles along the edge of the neckline between the set-aside front and back stitches, 19 (21) p. (= 88 (112) p.) and knit 8 cm = 22 circle. R. pattern 1, while ensuring that the front edges of pattern 2 continue.

Loosely close the loops. Sew in the sleeves. Sew sleeve seams and side seams.
