DIMENSIONS

36/38 (40/42)

pattern

YOU WILL NEED

Yarn (47% cotton, 47% polyacrylic, 6% polyamide; 165 m/50 g) - 500 (600) g beige; knitting needles No. 4; circular knitting needles No. 3.

PATTERNS AND DIAGRAMS

MESH PATTERN

The number of loops is a multiple of 4 + 2 edge loops = knit according to. diagram 1. It shows the facial rows. In purl rows, purl all loops and yarn overs. Constantly repeat the rapport between the edges and rows 1-4.

FACIAL SMOOTH

Rows in forward and reverse directions: front rows - front loops, purl rows - purl loops.

Circular rows: knit stitches only.

FOLD

Rows 1-4: stockinette stitch.

5th row (= front row): edge, * knit 2 sts together, 1 yarn over, from * repeat constantly, edge.

Rows 6-8: stockinette stitch.

9th row: with the left knitting needle on the wrong side of the work, raise the edge stitch located 8 rows below and knit together with the edge stitch located on the knitting needle, * with the left knitting needle on the wrong side of the work, raise the cross link of the next loop, located 8 rows below, and knit with the next loop, knit together, from * constantly repeat, finally knit the edges together, as at the beginning.

10th row: purl loops.

Complete rows 1-10 once.

Rhombus PATTERN

The number of loops is a multiple of 20 + 0 (8) + 2 edge loops = knit according to. diagram 2. It shows the facial rows. In the purl rows, knit all loops and yarn overs purlwise, out of 2 yarn overs in a row, knit the 1st yarn over, purl the 2nd yarn over, cross over the 2nd yarn over. Start with 1 edge and the last 0 (4) stitches of repeat, repeat the repeat constantly, finish with the first 0 (4) stitches of repeat and 1 edge. Perform rows 1-20 once.

SEQUENCE OF PATTERNS

60 rows in a mesh pattern,
10 rows of folds,
20 rows with a diamond pattern,
2 rows in stockinette stitch,
60 rows in a mesh pattern,
2 rows in stockinette stitch,
20 rows with a diamond pattern,
2 rows in stockinette stitch = 176 rows total.

KNITTING DENSITY

22 p. x 35 r. = 10 x 10 cm, connected by a sequence of patterns (on average);
22 p. x 33 r. = 10 x 10 cm, knitted with a mesh pattern.

COMPLETING OF THE WORK

BACK

Cast on 122 (130) sts using a cross-shaped cast-on (see page 20) and knit according to. sequences of patterns.

After 25.5 cm = 90 rows from the initial row (= in the 1st row of the 1st strip of the front stitch), evenly decrease 8 sts for fitting = 114 (122) sts.

After 43.5 cm = 152 rows from the initial row (= in the 1st row of the 2nd stripe of the front stitch), evenly decrease 12 sts = 102 (110) sts.

Attention

The decreases for fitting are shown on the pattern in the form of a bevel.

After 50.5 cm = 176 rows from the beginning row (= after the end of the sequence of patterns), continue working with a mesh pattern.

After 11 cm = 36 rows from the sequence of patterns, close the armholes on both sides with 1 x 6 p., then in every 2nd row close 3 x 1 p. and in every 4th row 3 x 1 p. = 78 (86 ) p. When making decreases, make sure that the number of yarn overs and loops knitted together inside the pattern coincides.

After 26 cm = 86 rows (28.5 cm = 94 rows) from the sequence of patterns, close off the middle 44 (46) stitches for the neckline and finish both sides separately.

To round the inner edge, cast off 4 x 1 stitches in every 2nd row.

After 29 cm = 96 rows (31.5 cm = 104 rows) from the initial row, close off the remaining 13 (16) shoulder stitches.

BEFORE

Knit like a back, but for a deeper neckline after 21.5 cm = 72 rows (24 cm = 80 rows) from the initial row close the middle 40 (42) sts and for rounding close along the inner edge in every 2nd row 6 x 1 p.

SLEEVES

Cast on 50 (54) stitches on knitting needles in a cross-shaped cast-on for each sleeve and knit in a mesh pattern.

At the same time, for the bevel of the sleeves, add 7 x 1 p. on both sides in every 16th row from the initial row (in every 12th row 9 x 1 p.), while first knitting the increases in stockinette stitch and gradually incorporating them into the pattern = 64 (72) p.

After 39.5 cm = 130 rows from the bar, close the sleeves on both sides with 1 x 6 p., then in every 2nd row 3 (4) x 1 p., in every 6th row 3 x 1 p. and in every 4th row 3 x 1 p., then in every 2nd row cast off 1 x 1 p., 1 x 2 p. and 1 x 3 p.

After 52.5 cm = 174 rows (53.5 cm = 176 rows) from the initial row, bind off the remaining 22 (28) sts.

ASSEMBLY

Sew shoulder seams.

For the ruff tape, cast on 106 (110) sts on circular needles along the edge of the neckline and knit 5 cm in stockinette stitch in circular rows. Then bind off all stitches like knit stitches.

Sew in the sleeves, sew side seams and sleeve seams.
