Neck.
On knitting needles No. 3.5 we cast on 84 loops in a way convenient for you, plus 1 loop for joining knitting in a circle. We knit ribbing 2*2 (knit 2, purl 2) - 12 rows for a round neck or 30 rows for a stand neck.
Then we move on to knitting a false loop:
1 row – yarn over, knit 1 (repeat until the end of the row);
2nd row – knit the yarn over purlwise, slip the knit yarn over onto the right needle, thread at work (repeat until the end of the row);
3rd row – remove the purl stitch to the right needle, thread before work, knit 1 (repeat until the end of the row);
4 row – we knit the purl one with the purl one, we put the knit one on the right knitting needle, the thread behind the work (repeat until the end of the row);
5 row – unfold the purl one and knit it together with the front purl loop (repeat until the end of the row).
We knit 1 row in a circle with facial loops, placing markers as shown in the diagram, highlighting the raglan lines.

51 row – knit all the stitches in a circle.
The length of the raglan line should be 19/21/23/25 cm, an error of +-0.5 cm is possible.
Jumper base.
We separate the loops of the sleeves from the body; the loops of the raglan lines will go into the body of the sweater (front and back). We knit 2 knit stitches (p.r.), then 80/84/88/92 back loops, 2 knit stitches (p.r.), then re-slip the sleeve loops 60/64/68/72 onto an additional thread and make 4 undercut loops, knit 2 knit stitches (p.r.), 76/80/84/88 front loops, 2 knit stitches (p.r.), then we remove the loops of the second sleeve 60/64/68/72 onto an additional thread and make 4 undercut loops, hang a marker - this is will be the beginning of the row.
We knit the length we need to the elastic band, taking into account the height.
For a height of 160 cm, the length from the hem to the beginning of the elastic will be approximately 80 rows.
For height 165-170cm 85-87 rows. These are average approximate data from my practice of knitting several dozen sweaters.
If the height is over 170cm, then continue a few more rows depending on the desired length.
For example, for a height of 180 cm, I knitted about 100 rows from the hem to the elastic band.
The average body length in cm from the hem to the elastic is 32-37cm + 5.5cm elastic.
Then we switch to knitting needles No. 3.5 and knit an elastic band 2*2 (2 knits, 2 purls) for 15 rows and bind off the loops.
Sleeves.
We transfer the sleeve loops from the additional thread to knitting needles No. 4, and lift 4 undercut loops onto an additional knitting needle, hang a marker in the middle, pick up 2 loops on both sides so that there are no holes and immediately knit them 2 together, this is our first row and our first decrease.
