The knitted Top-Down pullover with an openwork pattern is made from cotton yarn from top to bottom, starting from the neck, in one piece, so no stitching is required. The openwork pattern and lavender color will not leave anyone indifferent.

Facial surface: knit stitches in knit rows and purl stitches in purl rows.
Purl stitch: purl loops in knit rows, knit stitches in purl rows.
Openwork pattern for the yoke: knitted in circular rows according to pattern 1. The numbers (on the right side of the pattern) indicate the rows. The rows are knitted from right to left. The diagram shows one rapport, each rapport is repeated 4 times. Start knitting with 35 stitches in repeat, then add loops as shown in the diagram. Knit rows 1-57/67/76 1 time, at the end you should have 83/93/103 loops in repeat.
Openwork pattern for back, front and sleeves: knitted in circular rows according to pattern 2, numbers indicate rows, knitting from right to left. Repeat in size: rows 1-27 / rows 12-27 once, then rows 1-27 / rows 21-27 once, then rows 1-27.
Knitting density: Openwork pattern according to the pattern on 3.5 mm knitting needles: 24 loops and 36 rows = 10x10 cm.
NOTE: the pullover is knitted from top to bottom, starting from the neckline (arrows indicate knitting directions in the diagrams). Additions are made in the center of the back and front and on each sleeve.
Yoke: on 3.5 mm needles, cast on 140 stitches, mark the beginning of the row with a marker, close the knitting. Knit 1 row of the pattern, repeating the repeat 4 times. Continue knitting the pattern according to the pattern until 57/67/76 rows = 332/372/412 sts on the needles = 15.5/18.5/21 cm from the cast-on edge. Transfer 66/74/82 stitches for each sleeve onto additional needles = 33/37/41 stitches each sleeve.
Main detail: continue knitting in the round on 100/112/124 back and front stitches, casting on an additional 11 sts for undercuts = 222/246/270 stitches. Knit with an openwork pattern according to pattern 2. Continue knitting the 2 central fronts and backs, removing them according to the pattern in rows 11, 20 and 27 (= 2 stitches before pattern repeat). On the front and back, repeat the pattern 9/10/11 times, ending with a loop after the repeat. Knit in this way a total of 128/135/135 rows = 35.5/37.5/37.5 cm from the sleeve undercuts. Bind off all stitches with knit stitches.
Sleeves: transfer the postponed 66/74/82 stitches to the knitting needles, pick up along the edge of the undercut and knit another 12 stitches = 78/86/94. Continue working the center 2 sleeve stitches on each row.
Mark the undercut stitches 6 and 7 with a marker, then knit them with knit stitches in each row. Continue knitting according to pattern 2 as follows: between the 2nd loop at the hem and the 2 central loops of the sleeve, repeat the pattern repeat 3 times, end with the loop after the repeat / start with 4 sts after the arrow “c”, repeat the repeat 3 times, finish loop after rapport / start with 8 sts after the arrow “e”, repeat repeat 3 times, end with a loop after repeat.
Between the 2 central loops of the sleeve and the 1st loop at the hem, repeat the pattern repeat 3 times, end with a loop after the repeat / repeat the repeat 3 times, end with 4 loops before the arrow “d” and the loop after the repeat / repeat the repeat 3 times, finish the 8th loop before the arrow “f” and the loop after the rapport.
Remove the central 2 loops of the sleeve according to the pattern in rows 11, 20 and 27. Next, in the 12/12/10 row, decrease 1 stitch on both sides of the undercut.
Repeat every 12th row 11 times / every 12th row 5 times, then every 1-0th row 8 times / every 10th row 3 times, then every 8th row 14 times.
At a height of 155/162/162 rows, the sleeve length will be 43/45/45 cm. Bind off all stitches with knit stitches.
Transfer the postponed loops of the second sleeve to the knitting needles and knit similarly to the first.
